This article sets out what DealGround costs and what each plan includes.
Plans
Monthly — $99 per month.
Annual — $999 per year, which works out to $83 per month.
Every subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during it without being billed.
What a subscription includes
A paid subscription unlocks the full property record: building and lot detail, tenant and lease information, NOI and cap rates, transaction and mortgage history, assessed values and taxes, zoning, and broker information. It also unlocks Excel exports, the AI assistants, and the CRM and MCP integrations.
It also includes your plan's ownership research credits.
Ownership credits by plan
Free account: 10 credits.
Monthly plan: 50 credits per month.
Annual plan: 2,000 credits, unlocked once the trial ends and your first payment succeeds.

Free plan
You can use DealGround without paying. Free accounts can search every property nationwide, view parcels, see owner names and mailing addresses, save lists and searches, and use their 10 ownership credits. Deeper property data is blurred until you subscribe.
Teams and enterprise
Subscriptions are seat-based, and you manage seats under Settings > Manage Team. If your team grows beyond your paid seat count, the account is treated as unsubscribed until seats are added, so add seats before adding members.
