This article covers managing your plan, getting receipts, cancelling, and resolving billing problems.

Managing your subscription

Go to Settings > Subscription to see your current plan, billing cycle, and seat count. Team seats are managed under Settings > Manage Team.

Getting a receipt or invoice

Email [email protected] with the charge date and amount, and we will send the receipt.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time.

  • During your 14-day trial: you will not be billed at all.

  • During a paid period: you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for — through the end of the month on a monthly plan, or the end of the year on an annual plan. You are not billed again after that.

Before you cancel, spend your credits. When a subscription ends, all remaining ownership credits are forfeited immediately, including any credit packages you purchased separately.

After cancellation your account reverts to the free plan and deeper property data is blurred again. Your lists, saved searches, and uploaded documents are retained. If you would like your data deleted, email [email protected] and we will remove it.

An unexpected or duplicate charge

Email [email protected] with the charge dates and amounts and the email address on the account. The most common cause of two charges is two accounts created with different email addresses — we can merge them and refund the duplicate.

Three things cause this:

  • A failed payment. Update your card under Settings > Subscription.

  • More team members than paid seats. Add seats or remove members under Settings > Manage Team.

  • A trial that ended without a payment method on file. Subscribe to restore access.

Changing plans

To switch between monthly and annual billing, or to discuss enterprise pricing, email [email protected].
