By the end of this article you will have the DealGround Chrome extension installed and configured correctly.
What the extension does
The extension connects the sites you already browse to your DealGround account. As you research properties across listing portals, brokerage sites, Google Maps, and PDFs, it can:
Save brochures and offering memorandums straight to DealGround when it detects a PDF on the page, so you do not have to download and re-upload.
Jump to a property in DealGround using the View in DealGround button when it recognises a property address on the page.
It stays out of the way, surfacing a button only when there is something it can act on.
Installing it
Install the DealGround extension from the Chrome Web Store.
Pin it to your toolbar so you can see when it is active.
Click the extension and sign in with your DealGround account.
In the extension's settings, enable Allow access to file URLs. Without this you cannot save PDFs directly.
That last step is the one people miss. If saving PDFs is not working, check it first.
You need to be signed in
The extension looks up properties against your DealGround account, so it needs your login to know what you have access to. If buttons stop appearing, sign back in — that resolves it most of the time.
