By the end of this article you will have HubSpot connected and know how to push owner contact information from DealGround into it.

Connecting HubSpot

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Click to connect HubSpot and authorise the connection when prompted.

HubSpot is the CRM DealGround currently integrates with natively. Salesforce and others are being explored — if you use another CRM, email [email protected] so we can weight it correctly.

What DealGround creates in HubSpot

When you sync a property, DealGround creates:

  • A deal based on the property address

  • A contact with the owner's name, email, and phone number

Syncing in bulk from a list

Open a saved list and use Sync to HubSpot. This is the efficient path: build your prospect list, run ownership research across it, then push the whole set to HubSpot in one action.

Syncing a single property

Open the property, view the owner information, and sync from there.

If you use a different CRM

Export any saved list to Excel and import it into your CRM. The export includes the columns visible in your table view, so arrange them to match your CRM's import format before exporting. See Saved lists: creating, sharing, and exporting.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect HubSpot at any time from Settings > Integrations. Records already synced to HubSpot stay in HubSpot.
